This is a quick tote designed with a few optional add-ons if you’re feeling up to it. Otherwise, it is beautiful and useful in its simplicity as is.
Recommended Fabrics: Canvas or waxed canvas for exterior fabric, quilting cotton for lining
- 1 metre Exterior Fabric (Canvas or waxed canvas Dunelm has a brilliant selection)
- 1 metre Lining Fabric (includes interior pocket) (cottons, quilting cottons or poly cotton)

The use of Janome Digital Sewing machines M100 QDC, Polyester thread, tailor’s chalk, cutting mat, gridded ruler, rotary cutter or scissors, size 14 or 16 denim needle (pins and remaining thread to keep)

There is limited on-street parking in Stapleford so we recommend one of the Broxtowe council carparks the nearest being Halls Road (2 minute walk) https://www.broxtowe.gov.uk/for-you/roads-parking-travel/car-parks/stapleford-car-parks/
If you are arriving from Nottingham or Derby via the Trent Barton I4 the stop is Halls Road.

Refreshments will not be available on site, however you may wish bring a bottle of water with a replaceable lid into the classroom with you. If you would like a hot drink prior to the start of the course there is Gusto Cafe and Little Kitchen very near to the Sew at 174 building and many independent coffee shops in the town.
