Marlo Cardigan Size 0 - 30 Sewing Workshop 

The Marlo pattern is an oversized cardigan  with a dropped shoulder, deep V-neck, wide bands and large buttons. View A is cropped length. View B has patch pockets and hits above midthigh.

• Learn to sew buttons holes and buttons on stretch / knit fabrics
• Learn to sew with knit / stretch fabrics
• Learn overlocker techniques with knit / stretch fabrics

To Bring:

3 metres all sizes

The main sweater can be sewn up in stretch or nonstretch fabric. The bindings require at least 20% stretch. You can use the same fabric for both or use a contrasting fabric for the bindings. Suggested fabrics include medium weight fabrics such as sweater knit, french terry, sweatshirting, polar fleece, rib knit and boucle. -

• Matching Gutterman thread.
• Marlo pattern and instructions 
• Buttons or you can bring your own View A - 3 x 1 1/8” (30mm) buttons
  View B - 4 x 1 1/8” (30mm) buttons
• Use of Janome Digital Sewing machines M100 QDC and Janome 6234XL overlockers

  There is limited on-street parking in Stapleford  so we recommend one of the Broxtowe council carparks the nearest being Halls Road (2 minute walk)   https://www.broxtowe.gov.uk/for-you/roads-parking-travel/car-parks/stapleford-car-parks/  Free all day parking Saturday and Sundays

  If you are arriving from Nottingham or Derby via the Trent Barton I4 the stop is Halls Road.
