Fowler Jacket Sewing 5 week Course
Create the versatile and stylish Fowler Jacket, a modern utilitarian outerwear pattern that offers two distinctive looks in one pattern. With its relaxed, oversized fit, boxy silhouette, dropped shoulders, and practical design details, the Fowler Jacket is perfect for layering throughout the seasons.
During this workshop, you'll learn techniques for constructing outerwear garments while creating your own custom Fowler Jacket. Choose between:
View A – Barn Coat
A classic workwear-inspired jacket featuring double-layered patch pockets, a breast pocket, topstitched seams, sleeve hem facings, and a traditional pressed hem.
View B – Quilted Jacket
A cosy quilted version with rounded patch pockets and beautiful bias-bound edges for a professional finish.
The Fowler Jacket features a two-piece sleeve, bandless collar, and your choice of button or snap fastenings. Whether you prefer the timeless appeal of a barn coat or the comfort of a quilted jacket, this pattern provides endless opportunities for personalisation.
