Dressmaking  Techniques 

Tutor: Elaine Bell

Love dressmaking, learn all the basic skills to dressmaking projects, learn all the terminology, create a technical file with learning aids, samples and notes to take home

This workshop will include the following techniques:

  • Standard zip
  • Concealed / invisible Zip for dress or cushion
  • Fly Zip

Fabric all cut out ready to sew

The Sewing Studio is full equipped with Janome Sewing Machines and Overlockers, all the tools needed to complete the projects

If you are arriving from Nottingham or Derby via the Trent Barton I4 the stop is Halls Road.
