The Patina Blouse is a collared, V-neck button-up top with a modern twist. Featuring beautifully full sleeves, the pattern includes options for either a short sleeve or a long sleeve with cuffs and a continuous bound placket, allowing you to create a blouse that works perfectly for every season.

The Patina is designed for light to mid-weight woven fabrics and works beautifully in fabrics such as linen, cotton lawn, viscose, rayon, and lightweight denim.

During this full-day workshop, you’ll create your own handmade blouse whilst learning helpful garment sewing techniques along the way. Bring your own fabric, or browse our fabric selection available to purchase on the day.
This workshop is suitable for confident beginners and beyond who have experience using a sewing machine and would like to develop their dressmaking skills.
To Bring:
Fabric - The Patina Blouse is designed for light to medium-weight woven fabrics. With both short and long sleeve options, the finished look can vary depending on your sleeve selection and fabric choice. Fabrics that work beautifully include linen, cotton blends, double gauze, viscose, twill, brushed cotton, lightweight cotton denim, and many more. See gallery for fabric requirements
Buttons - 5-7, 1/2”[1.3cm] buttons. 5 if you are making the short sleeved version, 7 if you are making the long sleeved version.

There is limited on-street parking in Stapleford so we recommend one of the Broxtowe council carparks the nearest being Halls Road (2 minute walk) https://www.broxtowe.gov.uk/for-you/roads-parking-travel/car-parks/stapleford-car-parks/ or the Derby Road Central Car park on Derby Road
If you are arriving from Nottingham or Derby via the Trent Barton I4 the stop is Halls Road.
